Program Evaluation and Design
We conduct all phases of program evaluation, from creating program measures to the final report writing for existing programs. We also tailor program evaluation training to the needs of organizations.
We conduct research and put that research to use. We create evidence-based programs, pilot programs, and demonstration projects. We also help communities and organizations imagine, document and implement their ideas.
Narrative Development
We use the power of storytelling to help organizations craft authentic, research-driven messaging that resonates across audiences and platforms. Grounded in current cultural trends and informed by deep community knowledge, our approach transforms lived experience into strategic narratives that build trust, inspire action, and position organizations for long-term sustainability. We believe stories aren’t just content—they’re catalysts for meaningful connection and lasting change.
Storytelling and Art
Our storytelling and healing art programs combine mindfulness, art, and conversations to create a safe space for processing, working through discomfort, deep listening, and conflict management.
James Baldwin said, “The world changes according to the way people see it, and if you alter, even but a millimeter the way people look at reality, then you can change it.”
Our storytelling programs allow participants to learn to tell their stories more powerfully and the opportunity to exchange stories with others. At the end of each session, participants will have the leadership skills to work with their peers and a better knowledge of themselves.
